Password resets

Forgot your password? No problem! That is an easy fix.

You can change your password by heading to the Personal settings menu item. You can find this by clicking on the menu icon (3 dots) on the right-hand side of the Junbi interface.

From the personal settings menu, you can then proceed to change your password by clicking on the Manage password menu item. You will need to enter your current password to change your password.

If you have forgotten your current password, you can click the link below the 'Change password' button to reset your password. You will then receive an email with further instructions to reset your password.
